REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy only lasts 7 days after you receive your items. If 7 days have gone by since you received your items, then we cannot offer you a Refund/Exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

- All Enclosures - Downloadable Products

Due to the nature of our enclosure items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any enclosures for any reason. Please review the item descriptions, pictures & contact us with any questions if needed before purchasing.

 ENCLOSURE PARTS WARRANTY:   

We offer a parts replacement warranty with our enclosures and will replace Electronic Equipment, Glass, Trim, & Hardware (Each item 1 time) for up to 6 months after purchase date. After the warranty has expired, you will be responsible for purchasing & replacing all damaged/broken items.

ENCLOSURE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:

All of our enclosures come with a limited lifetime warranty. We will replace the project for free if something unexpected happens due to a manufacturing or delivery error.

WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS:  

Our warranty covers the project material costs & eliminates labor fees. however, you will be responsible for shipping/delivery fees. 

(PARTS WARRANTY) We require proof of purchase & pictures of the defective or damaged items to receive a replacement. We will only replace items that are factory defective, damaged from shipping/delivery procedures or parts that naturally break or stop working within 6 months of purchase.

(ENCLOSURE WARRANTY) We require proof of purchase & pictures of the damaged enclosure to receive a replacement. We will only replace enclosures that are damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping delivery error.

EXCHANGE/REFUND REQUIRMENTS: (Apparel & Accessories)

To be eligible for a Refund/Exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES: (If Applicable)

We will only Replace/Exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to a factory or shipping error.

REFUNDS: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

PARTIAL REFUNDS: (If Applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.

- Products with obvious signs of use

- Any items not in their original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

RETURN SHIPPING COST: (If Applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING TIME: (If Applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND: (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us with the contact info provided below.

SALE ITEMS:

Items purchased on sale cannot be Refunded/Exchanged.

1st) Send us an email explaining the issue & copy of receipt or proof of purchase.
